It looks like they are changing the design for the Proposed NYC Stadium . I can't find any links to the details, but I hope they left in the wind generators seen above. Any new large development should include some power generation abilities. The old design was wonderful for utilizing the winds coming off the Hudson river, but many stadiums have large roofs that would be ideal for power generation. If we are going to continue paying tax-payer dollars for these stadiums, then there should be more public return.
