Jon Turley's 15 minutes

This guy has been brought to every media outlet out there to bring up his unfounded idea that Bush has committed a crime. A impeachable offence of course. I first say him on Nightline Dec 20, 2005, but he has been on:

ABC with Katie Kuric

CBS's The Early Show on Dec 21, 2005

Bill O'Reilly talked with him on the 19th

And Tim Russert on Meet the Press has been quoting him to every guest every night.

On all these appearances, Turley says Bush "broke the law" but never states which one. The FISA court? Bush's AG indicates that Bush is following the "Use of force resolution" passed after Sept 11th. If anything there is a conflict in the two laws, no breaking of laws. Come on, get real and lets fight terrorists, not the president.

E-mail him @ jturley@law.gwu.edu let him know what you think!

You may also remember this man from when the MSM paraded him allover to say that Judge Alito is FAR FAR "RIGHT" even further right than Scalito.

Greenpeace Founder Slams the Environmental Movement

Patrick Moore, who is attending the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Montreal and is a founding member of Greenpeace, slammed the environmental movement he helped found, accusing today's environmental groups of being co-opted by the political Left.

The Left figures it owns the environmental movement and that has corrupted the movement greatly," Moore said. "The [left-wing] influence has brought great dysfunction into the environmental movement. [It's turned it into] an elitist movement.

He then went on to praise the current Bush administation for not signing the Kyoto Protocol.

I think this whole Kyoto process is a colossal waste of time and money," said Moore, who rejects alarmist predictions of human-caused 'global warming.

Moore said he decided to leave Greenpeace in 1986 after the group became too radical and he could "no longer agree with the policies that were being espoused." This is exactly my kind of realist environmentalism. Where do I sign up!!!

Why buy the cow, when you get the milk for free

The San Francisco Chronicle created a comic today to suggest what it would look like if al Qaeda planted propaganda stories in US newspapers. This is evidently a take on the recent story of the US using the means necessary to do what needs to be done in Iraq.

Let me be the first to suggest al Qaeda doesn't need to; MSM is doing just fine on their own. But seriously, if they were to plant stories the headlines might read like this:
